Business Development Executive

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must have a minimum of 0-4 years of experience in Sales profile.
  2. Freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
  3. The profile will be a mix of International Sales / Marketing/ Customer Service Executive.
  4. Excellent communication and the ability to think on the feet will enable performance.
  5. Must be comfortable with Shift (8.30 PM to 5.30 AM)
  6. Cold Calling & Email Marketing
  7. Preferably Female Candidates

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for business generation and account management.
  2. Generation of Sales Revenue and Gross Margin from telesales accounts as per target/business plan.
  3. Generate leads and try to convert them into sales.
  4. Ensure that our market share is intact for those Businesses that are addressable by us from those set of accounts.
  5. Maintain good relationships with customers.
  6. Provide reminders to assigned customers for clearing the pending dues, if any, and follow up till closure.

Key Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be result-oriented, self-driven, and should drive business passionately.
  • Should be able to do multi-tasking and manage time through work prioritization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Tele-Marketing
