HR Executive for Manufacturing Unit
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, Factory Acts, and other labor laws applicable to Madhya Pradesh.
- Fluent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
- Preferable Ex-Army Officers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
