Digital Marketing Specialist (Bhubaneswar)

Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
    • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic ranking.
    • Monitor website traffic and analyze SEO performance using analytics tools.
    • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM):
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage target audiences across different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Create compelling social media content (written, visual) that aligns with brand messaging.
    • Manage and maintain a strong brand presence on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and running social media contests/giveaways (if applicable).
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO):
    • Implement strategies to encourage social sharing of website content and brand messages.
    • Integrate social media buttons and sharing options across the website.
    • Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Content Creation:
    • Assist with the creation of high-quality content (written, visual) for various digital marketing channels.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI (Return on Investment).
    • Identify trends and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other marketing teams (content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SMM, and SMO.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content (written and visual).
  • Proficiency in social media marketing platforms.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics tools).
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with email marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with video editing or graphic design (a plus).
