Shipping Methods

At Jeeva Organic Private Limited, we offer the following shipping methods:

•  Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days
•  Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days

Order Processing

•  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
•  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
•  Orders placed after 2 PM (IST) may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver our products with our comprehensive Worldwide Shipping network.
• For international shipping rates and availability, please contact our customer service. 

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order on our website using your order number and email address.

Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
• Factors such as customs, weather conditions, and local delivery services may affect actual delivery times. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• For packages lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed.

Customs and Import Duties

• For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery.
• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service immediately to request a cancellation.
• Orders After 24 Hours: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

• No Returns After Delivery: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered.
