\nJuniper plant is not just a normal jungle plant. It holds the botanical name Juniperus communis. It belongs to the family Cupressaceous. Around 56 compounds are being identified but the major component includes ?-pinene while the predominant minor constituents were sabinene, limonene, terpinene-4-ol, myrcene, and ?-pinene. It is found mainly in subtropical regions of the northern hemisphere and temperate regions.
